You might’ve heard that West Virginia’s draw game lineup added a new name on February 22, 2026. Millionaire for Life™ is a national multi-state draw game now available to players across the Mountain State, and it’s drawn every single day of the week – seven days a week, no exceptions.
If you’re looking to play draw games on iPLAY or at a licensed retailer near you, here’s a plain-language breakdown of how Millionaire for Life™ works and what you’re actually playing for.
What is Millionaire for Life™?
Millionaire for Life™ replaced two existing national games – Lucky for Life and Cash4Life – both of which held their final drawings on February 21, 2026. The new game brought a higher top prize and daily draws to the table, alongside a familiar number-picking format.
To play, you pick five numbers from one to 58, and one Millionaire Ball™ number from one to five. Each play costs $5. You can choose your own numbers or opt for a Quick Pick if you’d rather let the terminal decide.
What can you win?
Millionaire for Life™ has nine ways to win in total. The top two prizes are annuity-based with a 20-year guaranteed payout. The seven lower tiers are set cash prizes.
The top prize is $1,000,000 a year for life, with odds of 1 in 22,910,580. The second-tier prize is $100,000 a year for life, at odds of 1 in 5,727,645. Below that, prizes run from $8 up to $7,500, depending on how many numbers you match and whether the Millionaire Ball™ is included. The overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 8.47.
Remember no outcome is guaranteed – Millionaire for Life™ is a game of chance.
